How long does it take to receive the proof?
You will receive a copy of the proof usually with in 24hrs* of placing your order (*except on weekends).
Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders for your invitation. If you do not receive your invite order please contact us by phone.
How long does it take to arrive for printed invitations?
Invitations are printed and posted within 48hrs* of approval of the final file (*except on weekends).
Please allow around 7 days for delivery. Express post is available at an additional cost if you would like them sooner.
Can the invitations be delivered to a PO Box?
Invitations will generally be delivered to the paypal address nominated. If you would like an alternate postal address please email us the details so we can post it to the correct address
Can font style, wording and other information be changed on the invite?
Yes all information font colour style can be changed to suit you.
Can I have it without a photo? Can I add a photo to a design that doesn’t have one?
All invitations can be customised to include or exclude a photo.
My photo is to big to upload on the order form?
If you would like a photo and you are unable to attached it please mention you would like one in the comments box and when we can email you to send us the photo.
Should I resize the photo to send it?
Please do not resize or crop your photo. we can do that for you.
The image looks a little blurry online will it be like that when ordered?
No, all invites have been reduced in resolution for display purposes only on the website. All invites will be high resolution images that will be clear and easy to read when delivered to your inbox or post box. Please contact us if you would like a sample.
